This 3,500sf speculative home was designed for a large, treed lot in Austin’s Crestview neighborhood. Low-slung horizontal massing envelops a spacious outdoor living zone, which is connected to interior living zones on two sides by panoramic glass multi-slide doors.

The design features an independent flex space (office/guest suite/den) with a private entrance, connected to the primary residential wing by an external breezeway.
